Hugo was a 15 year old who had problems with binge weekends on drugs and alcohol. He was very bright boy who was studying the equivalent of A levels. So he took himself off to school every day.  He did not found it easy to adjust to the program but he did become part of the home.  He was very keen to learn English and Sheila gave him lessons. He eventually decided he need to be with his family but at least we allowed him to be stabilised.
